Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In the event that transaction error has occurred while making the payment, a refund in most cases will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase.
The refund will be applicable in the following cases:
The wrong product was sent by Shades Optics
The product is defective.
The product was damaged in shipping.
The item was not delivered on the agreed time
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You can exchange your product with any product at any Shades optics store, the new product should be with the same price or higher. You can visit any of our Shades Optics branches to exchange your product.
