Bvlgari
Origins and Founder
Bvlgari was established in Rome in 1884 by Sotirios Voulgaris, a Greek silversmith from Paramythia, Epirus, in what is now Greece. Coming from a family of silversmiths, Voulgaris honed his craft in the Balkans before moving to Rome in search of better opportunities, where he opened his first shop and gained recognition for exquisite silver ornaments appreciated by tourists on the Grand Tour
Bvlgari's sunglasses are a testament to the brand's commitment to quality and design, reflecting the same attention to detail and craftsmanship that has made Bulgari a household name in the luxury fashion world. The brand's history is a journey of magnificence, with a legacy that continues to inspire and influence the world of fashion and accessories.
